Although we are always busy our lead times are usually shorter than other city joineries and remember, once the goods are on the truck it might only be a couple of hours difference in travel time, which is nothing when you consider the quality and attention to fine detail.

4. We can copy your existing joinery, match all your timber sections, window bar layouts, types of windows including box frames with weights and cords, skirting, architraves and all other mouldings. We can even manufacture to your or your architect’s design.
    
5. We will use different types of timber in our production to suit your home or preference. We use timber such as Western Red Cedar, Red Cedar, Rosewood, Silky Oak, Jarrah, Merbau etc. All timber is selected and tested for moisture content to ensure the least amount of movement after manufacture.
    
6. All our doors are 40 mm thick (less if required). The joints are fully morticed, tenoned, wedged, glued and hand assembled.
    
7. We will manufacture our timber windows to different reveal width with or without sills and sill horns. All sash joints including glazing bars are morticed, tenoned, wedged, glued and hand assembled.
    
8. Our windows and sliding doors have been performance tested and meet all relevant Australian Standards. All windows are delivered labeled with their performance rating so that Council Inspectors will approve their compliance for the area you are building in.
    
9. All our joinery has a fine sanded finish ready for staining or painting.
